Scope of Services

“Randori Life provides guidance, advice, and motivation to help clients achieve personal and professional goals. Coaching services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, legal or financial advice. Randori Life does not diagnose or treat any mental health conditions.”

Client Responsibilities

“The Client agrees to be open, honest, and willing to participate fully in the coaching process. The Client understands that success in achieving coaching outcomes depends largely on their own efforts and actions.”

Limitation of Liability

“Randori Life shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the Client’s participation in coaching sessions or reliance on the information provided during those sessions. The Client assumes full responsibility for their decisions and actions.”

Indemnity

“The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Randori Life, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of or resulting from the Client’s actions, decisions, or behaviors before, during, or after the coaching sessions. The Client acknowledges that the coaching relationship is not therapy, and Randori Life is not liable for any decisions made by the Client as a result of the coaching sessions.”

Payment and Refunds

“All payments are due at the time of booking, and no refunds will be provided once services have been rendered, except as required by law. Clients may reschedule sessions with 24 hours’ notice.”

Termination of Services

“Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Randori Life reserves the right to terminate services if the Client does not adhere to the agreed-upon Terms of Service or engages in harmful or unethical behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for unused sessions.”

Confidentiality

“Randori Life  will maintain strict confidentiality of all communications and information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law or with the Client’s explicit consent. The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary materials or information provided by Randori Life .”

Intellectual Property Rights

“All materials, including but not limited to diagrams, spreadsheets, methods, processes, and any proprietary content provided by Randori Life  during the course of coaching sessions, remain the sole intellectual property of Randori Life . The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials solely for personal development and self-improvement purposes.”

“The Client agrees not to share, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any of Randori Life materials to third parties without the express written permission of Randori Life . Any unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of the Randori Life  materials will constitute a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.”

Governing Law

“This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Iowa, and venue for disputes shall be Cedar Rapids, Iowa.”
